Great Bend - Wincle Shearrer, 76, died Sept. 28, 2009 at the Medicalodge, Douglas.
He was born November 20, 1932 in Wagner, Oklahoma, the son of David Lee and Edna Mae Witt Shearrer. A lifetime area resident of Great Bend, he was a construction worker.
He was a member of the Eagles in Great Bend.
Survivors include; a son, Terry, Kansas City, a daughter, Linda, Great Bend, two brothers; David F., Pawnee Rock, Leon, Larned, three sisters, Lottie Mae Leach, Inola, Oklahoma, Audrey Bridges, Weletta, Oklahoma and Sue Greathouse, Larned.
He was preceded in death by; a daughter and two sisters; Wholline Ganner and Oasie Mulinauex.
Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date. Personal condolences may be left at www.beckwithmortuary.com.
